When the Observatory hoists the following warning(s) 2 hours before classes:
| No classes will be held | Arrangements will be informed to students as soon as possible |
| When Typhoon Signal No.8 or above is in force during classes | All classes will be dismissed | Arrangements for the remaining class will be informed to students as soon as possible |
| When Black Rainstorm Warning is in force during classes | If it is safe, all classes will be held as scheduled | * If you have any enquiry, please call 3408 7444. |

| 當三號風球或以下／黃色或紅色暴雨警告訊號懸掛時 | 所有課堂均會照常進行 | |
當天文台在上課前二小時發出以下宣佈：
| 所有課堂均會取消 | 本中心將會另行安排並盡快通知各學員 |
| 當八號風球或以上在課堂內懸掛 | 所有課堂將會中止 | 該課堂未完成的部份，本中心將會另行安排並盡快通知各學員 |
| 當黑色暴雨警告訊號在課堂內懸掛 | 如情況許可下，所有課堂將會照常進行 | * 如有任何查詢，請致電 3408 7444。 |
